Licensing error messages and troubleshooting

The following table lists the error messages you might encounter when setting the license.

Expired

LIC01121

License expired after <date time>.

The expiration date is displayed in the YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI:SS UTC format.

This error occurs if the license is expired after the specified expiry date.

You can renew the license.

Invalid

LIC01110

Failed to verify the license: The signature is not authentic.

This error occurs if the end-user modifies the license or makes mistakes when copying the content of the license.

Ensure that the content of the license is correct or copied correctly.

LIC01120

The license will be valid from <date time>.

This error occurs if you set the license before the start date.

To verify the start date, run the following command: manager config license show.

The command returns the content of the license file. You can check the Valid from date.

LIC01020

Can't read license: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/opt/unravel/data/conf/unravel.license'*** WARNING: License is not valid!-- Error

This error occurs if the license file does not exist at the specified location.

Ensure that the license file exists at the specified location.
