Verify Unravel installation using Ansible

Use the following commands to verify whether Unravel is successfully installed.

Command	Description
`cd /<unravel_installation_directory>/unravelcd/opt/unravel`	Shows the directory layout. The binaries are deployed to the `<Unravel_installation_directory>` and Unravel is available in `<Unravel_installation_directory>/unravel`.
`./manager status`	Lists the Unravel version.
`./manager start`	Starts all the Unravel services. Note If you have set the `should_start_unravel` parameter to `N`, run this command to start Unravel.
`./manager version`	Lists the version number and daemon status.
